The first thing you need to do is connect and authorize your Ghost CMS to your LongShot app. This will enable you to export or import content to your CMS with a click of a button.

After you've connected and authorized your Ghost CMS, you can import content from your Ghost dashboard to the LongShot app with a button's click. You will find the 'Import from Ghost' button on your blog page, as shown in the image.
Click on the button to see the list of blogs from your Ghost CMS dashboard. Just click on the relevant blog, and start creating content on your LongShot editor.
After you're done generating content inside your LongShot dashboard, you can export it directly to your Ghost CMS with a button's click.
Just head over to the share button and click on Export to Ghost. You'll find the draft of your generated blog inside your Ghost dashboard.
LongShot users with the Team plan can access the Semrush integration.
The Pro users will need to upgrade to the Team plan to access all the advanced integrations.

If you don't have a paid Semrsuh subscription, you can still use it on LongShot for Keyword Research and SERP Analysis.
Semrush's free account allows you to run ten daily credits on LongShot with restrictions on some features. You cannot access the complete SERP analysis section and some aspects of keyword research. In addition, you can research 50 keywords per day. This can range from five different primary keywords with 10 results each or one primary keyword with 50 results.
Users with a paid Semrush subscription don't have to worry about any usage restrictions.
